My work began in operations: managing clients, content pipelines, handoffs, and the backend details that keep a team moving. That experience taught me to spot where work gets lost—between inboxes, spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and processes that depend on someone remembering the next step.
I start with the workflow, not the software. If configuration and automation can solve the problem, that is the right answer. If the operation needs something existing tools cannot provide, I design and build a custom platform around the people who will actually use it.

OCPC was coordinating membership through group chats, scattered spreadsheets, and personal notes. Merchandise orders and coaching requests arrived through Facebook Messenger. I turned those disconnected touchpoints into one live platform now supporting 121 registered members—and serving officers, players, spectators, and the wider community.
